There are so many habits that you can implement, it’s important to focus on what will have the biggest impact for you versus what everyone else is doing so here is a bunch of ideas if you’re feeling stuck:
Morning Routine
- Wake up at the same time daily.
- Write your top 3 priorities for the day aligned to your goals
- Practice mindfulness, breathwork or meditation for 5–10 minutes.
- Spend time in natural sunlight for 5–10 minutes.
- Avoid checking your phone for the first 30 minutes.
- Spend 10 minutes visualising success in key areas of your life and business.
- Set a non-negotiable boundary for the day (e.g., declining last minute meetings or family).
- Limit decision fatigue by pre-planning meals, clothes, and work priorities.
- Take a cold shower to boost alertness.
Move Your Body
- Exercise for at least 30 minutes (e.g., gym, running, cycling).
- Do 10–15 minutes of yoga or stretching.
- Walk 10,000 steps daily.
- Take the stairs instead of the elevator.
- Schedule a quick movement break every hour.
